Promoted from the transactions desk to Principal on the automation team in about 10 months, after topping eXp's internal ChatGPT usage leaderboard (May 2025).

• Internal AI knowledge assistant (AWS Kendra). Took over an internal assistant for operations teams and improved it. Traced wrong answers to content bleeding between countries and audiences, tuned prompts and retrieval, added Google Drive folder scanning, designed a per-team source structure, and wrote the next version's requirements. Ran its pilot rollout with a plain-language walkthrough and an ask, rate, report feedback loop.
• Leadership dashboard for a country leadership team. Sole builder of the app, with a teammate on the data tables. Gathered requirements from the country managing director and demoed progress back to her. Built the pages, permissions and Google sign-in against an internal API that was still being written. Near-MVP when the team was eliminated.
• AI tooling and cost. Connected Claude and Cursor to the team's tools over MCP, brought AI tool spend down, and onboarded new teammates to the AI workflow.
